| Report a lost or stolen card immediately by calling Customer Service. The Customer Service number is 866-326-8689. If reported in a timely manner, you will not be responsible for any unauthorized charges per the Terms and Conditions. |
| There is a 3-year card expiration, but your available funds will never expire, regardless of the expiration date on the front of your card. If there is a balance remaining on your card upon expiration, a new card may be issued to you. Please see the North Lane Technologies Terms for full details and your List of Fees provided in your card package. |
| You can use your card to withdraw cash at any ATM that displays the Mastercard symbol. Please note, there may be a service fee for each withdrawal. This fee, along with any other potential fees assessed by the ATM operator associated with your transaction, is automatically deducted from your balance. For a complete list of fees associated with your card, please refer to the Schedule of Fees in your cardholder Terms and Conditions. |

| Participants will receive their Reloadable Prepaid debit cards with their first distribution under the new program. Once you have eligible earnings, a card is generated and will be mailed to you. Please allow time for delivery. |
| As with any bank account, there are fees that may be assessed to your account for transaction such as ATM withdrawals. These fees are assessed by the Mastercard banking partner that maintains your account. | Yes. By registering and participating in the program, all registrants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own taxes on any prizes they receive and agree to securely submit personal information for tax reporting purposes through the program website (in lieu of a traditional W-9 or W-8 form). Taxes on rewards, prizes, and all expenses not specified related to acceptance and use of prizes are sole responsibility of the winner. Any person earning rewards or winning a prize valued over USD$600 will receive an IRS form 1099 (US) for that calendar year. A copy of the form will be filed, as required by law. Pro Rewards pays dealer salespeople for spec’ing the Endurant XD or TX-18 series transmissions in dump trucks. Dealer salespeople earn $25 by completing the 30-minute “Selling the Endurant XD Series” training sessions and then earn $100 for every Endurant XD or TX-18 series transmissions you spec in a dump truck up to $1000 each year.
Selling the Endurant XD Series is a 30-minute training that walks dealer salespeople through the Endurant XD series highlighting the latest innovation in purpose-built, high-performance, automated transmissions. Over the course of this video series, dealer salespeople will learn key features and specs for the Endurant XD and XD Pro, along with helpful insights designed to give you confidence when selling the Endurant XD series.
Eaton Cummins Pro Rewards awards $100 for every sale of an Endurant XD series or TX-18 series transmission in a dump truck.
All dealer salespeople from Peterbilt, Kenworth, and International Truck qualify for this program. The first 1,250 orders will be rewarded.
Program participants can earn $100 for every sale of an Endurant XD series or TX-18 series transmission in a dump truck up to $1,000 each year from registration. Participants may be rewarded for up to 5 transmissions per fleet per year from registration.
Funds will be uploaded to your prepaid cards once you have uploaded the truck invoice from the OEM. Invoices must be uploaded within 3 months from the invoice date. Your prepaid card will be sent to upon completion of registration.
You will be paid once you have uploaded the truck invoice from the OEM upon the completion of the truck build. Invoices must be uploaded within 3 months from the invoice date. Funds will be uploaded to your card within 6 weeks of invoice being uploaded.
